Springpoint Announces Two Hires to Support New Manalapan Assisted Living and Memory Care Community
Springpoint, New Jersey’s most trusted senior living organization, is announcing two strategic hires to support its newest assisted living and memory care community, Springpoint Living at Manalapan, slated to open in fall of 2021. Chris Slavicek joins Springpoint Living at Manalapan as executive director, while Allison Nappi serves as the community’s new sales counselor.
As executive director, Slavicek will direct the operations of the community, including planning and development, ensuring the highest degree of quality care for the residents. With over 15 years of experience, he has impacted all areas of senior living communities, holding executive leadership positions, including executive director, vice president of sales and marketing, and regional director of lifestyles and business development. Most recently, Slavicek served as senior administrator for a new East Brunswick area assisted living and memory care community, where he led the move of over 60 residents during the pandemic.
Chris is also a civil servant, currently serving as mayor of Helmetta, NJ. He has an unwavering passion for community service and volunteerism. Annually, Chris awards a scholarship to a student who exemplifies superior acts of community service and notable delivery of volunteerism to the local and greater community throughout their high school tenure.
Allison Nappi joins the Springpoint Living at Manalapan team with over five years of senior living sales experience. In her new role, she is responsible for selling Springpoint Living at Manalapan’s assisted living and memory care residences, facilitating move-ins for the residents, and representing the community during the sales process.
Beginning July 26, Springpoint Living at Manalapan will open its sales office to offer appointments to answer questions families have about what sets Springpoint Living at Manalapan apart from other senior living communities — including family involvement, proactive safety measures, access to a full continuum of care, and unique, all-inclusive pricing. Those interested in more information can make an appointment by calling 833-754-2167 or walk into the sales trailer, located at 199 Woodward Road, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
When open, Springpoint Living at Manalapan, the stand-alone assisted living and memory care community located at 199 Woodward Road, will offer new, person-centered care and engaging programs. The community will have 60 assisted living apartments and memory care residences.
