One student experience can lead to a lifetime of commitment and service. The Tomorrow’s Leaders Program is designed to inspire college-aged students to pursue a career in senior services while providing the senior community with the helping hands necessary to offer the best quality of care. The program creates internships in senior living administration, health care and other key areas for college students and recent graduates. Our interns receive first-hand knowledge of affordable housing, assisted living and Life Plan communities, gaining the experience and skills necessary to lead the next generation.

Mentored under the guidance of Springpoint professionals in their field, our interns devote countless hours of time and energy to making a difference in the lives of others. They emerge inspired to improve the lives of America’s fastest-growing population.

Your generosity will ensure that Tomorrow’s Leaders gain valuable knowledge that lasts a lifetime. Make an investment in the future by sponsoring Tomorrow’s Leaders today. Through donations, sponsorships, and endowments, with a variety of naming opportunities and gift planning programs, your generosity will have a lasting impact for decades to come.

Intern Experience, Katie Pinckney: “The opportunity to intern at Plainfield Tower West through Springpoint’s Tomorrow’s Leaders Internship Program, has been an extraordinary experience. Serving as the intern has presented me with the opportunity to support residents in their daily lives and make an impact on their experiences, making my time at Plainfield Tower West even more meaningful and purposeful. This opportunity has provided me with the ability to develop foundational skills essential to furthering my career. My time with Springpoint, the staff and residents at Plainfield Tower West has been fueled by support, growth, and comes with immense gratitude.”

Intern Experience, Kichelle Licorish: “Experience is one of the most valuable assets that aids in the success of a young professional, and Springpoint has provided me with this opportunity through a summer internship. I have a fervent passion towards working with numerical figures and financial data; thus, working along with the Finance Department has equipped me with the tools needed to solve problems, make informed decisions, and perform financial and accounting processes within a corporate setting.

This experience has boosted my professional, interpersonal, and communication skills, and has offered a solid networking medium. The hospitality received from the staff at the home office is one that I will always remember and appreciate. It has been an honor beyond words to be a part of such a rewarding experience and I intend to use the knowledge and skills developed throughout my journey as an aspiring actuary.”
