One student experience can lead to a lifetime of commitment and service

The Tomorrow’s Leaders Program is designed to inspire college-aged students to pursue a career in senior services while providing the senior community with the helping hands necessary to offer the best quality of care.

How to Apply:

College students interested in learning more about the various internship opportunities with the largest provider of senior care in New Jersey should contact Michael Oakes, Senior Vice President:, 732-430-3674.

Intern Experience: “Nursing is something I feel I was meant to do. It is so important to me that each patient feels comfortable in his or her own way, and that may mean going the extra mile for them. I hope I never lose my genuine interest in helping people since that is the reason I am so passionate about the profession.”

“I am honored to be able to take my experiences with the Atrium onward in my nursing career. Both the residents and staff have given me an experience of a lifetime. I know that the things I have learned will stay with me for life in my future endeavors as a nurse. Thank you for the opportunity to gain this experience. Your generosity has not gone unnoticed and I will remember it as I move forward in my nursing career.” – Lauren Greenwald, Tomorrow’s Leaders Program Nursing Intern, The Atrium at Navesink Harbor
