Directions if giving via payroll deduction form: 

• Select your gift amount.
• In the next section, designate deduction amount for how many pay periods (NOTE: use this option only if designating for less than 26 pay periods).
• Provide any additional information and select how you would like to direct your gift.

If you are currently donating and do not wish to change your donation, your gift will automatically continue and no further action on your behalf is required.
