The Springpoint Foundation works to make life better for older adults. Our high-quality service to seniors and our approach are both visionary and compassionate.
For decades, the Springpoint Foundation has been making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families through our resident and community partnership programs. Through generous donations, we’ve created an assistance fund for qualified Life Plan Community residents who, through no fault of their own, have outlived their resources.
Charitable support of these programs comes through a variety of giving and sponsorship opportunities, special events, and gift planning programs. Contributions made to the Springpoint Foundation have helped guarantee our Life Plan Community residents will always have a home in our communities.

Help Us Help
It takes the support of many for the Foundation to provide these important services and programs to our residents, including:
Spiritual Care Program — Spiritual guidance and support, to help residents develop inner resources and spiritual strength to better prepare for life’s changes and transitions.
Affordable Housing Support — Several key initiatives are part of the Foundation’s affordable housing support, including transportation, emergency preparedness, and health and wellness. The Foundation oversees Community Cares, a program that provides donations and health essentials for affordable housing residents. Community Cares relies on Life Plan Community residents, business partners, and staff members who generously donate funds, time, and talent.
Tomorrow’s Leaders Program — An internship experience for young people who are interested in senior living careers, providing educational opportunities to work in many of our communities. Creating better lives for people as we age will always be the mission and passion of the Springpoint Foundation.
LivWell Program Support — Helping residents balance and enhance their physical, intellectual, and social experiences while catering to the 7 dimensions of wellness.
