Sandi Ko Promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for Springpoint

Springpoint is pleased to announce the promotion of Sandi Ko to Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance Officer for Springpoint. Sandi began her career with Springpoint in 2014 as the Director of Corporate Compliance and DEI. Her new responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating the human resources and compliance functions to support Springpoint’s workforce and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Springpoint, Sandi served as the Senior Regional Director of Human Resources, Assistant Executive Director, and Benefits Manager at a multi-site provider of Life Plan Communities. A graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, she is Certified in Healthcare Compliance, holds an Assisted Living Administrator certification, and is certified by the Society for Human Resources Professionals. Sandi also implemented and now manages Springpoint’s Social Accountability Program.
