Springpoint Names Marah Shiels as Executive Director of Springpoint Choice

Springpoint recently announced Marah Shiels as the new Executive Director of Springpoint Choice. She is responsible for the overall operations of Springpoint Choice, overseeing the program’s strategic direction and spearheading key business decisions to support its continued growth.

With over 20 years of diverse experience in the senior living field, Ms. Shiels brings a comprehensive skill set ranging from strategic project management and executive-level collaboration to sales, marketing, customer service, and healthcare administration.

Prior to accepting this role, Ms. Shiels contributed her expertise in the office of the Springpoint President and CEO providing C-suite organizational support, governance management and engagement, and strategic project facilitation. Ms. Shiels has been instrumental in the development and implementation of several organizational-wide initiatives, including our hospitality culture initiative, Springpoint Experience; the annual Springpoint Leadership Summit; and our professional development program, Springpoint University.

Marah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Loyola University, a Master Certificate in Senior Care Management from Rutgers University and is an alum of the 2024 LeadingAge Leadership Academy.
