Springpoint is pleased to announce the promotion of Sandi Ko to Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer. In her expanded role, Ko will continue serving as Springpoint’s Chief Compliance Officer while leading the organization’s strategic vision for its people, culture, and workforce.
Since joining Springpoint in 2014, Ko has played an instrumental role in strengthening the organization’s workforce and cultivating a culture where team members can thrive. She has steadily advanced through leadership positions, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, where she aligned talent strategies with Springpoint’s long-term organizational goals.
Among Ko’s most significant accomplishments is her leadership in developing Springpoint University, the organization’s award-winning professional development initiative that provides team members with educational opportunities, career advancement resources, and leadership training at every stage of their careers. The program reflects Springpoint’s ongoing commitment to investing in its workforce while ensuring exceptional service for the residents and communities it serves.
