Crestwood Manor Receives Springpoint’s 2024 Dream Team Award
Congratulations to Crestwood Manor on receiving the 2024 Dream Team Award. The Dream Team Award is one of several Springpoint Employee Care & Recognition initiatives developed in response to leadership and team member feedback during Springpoint Experience workgroup sessions. The Dream Team Award, along with the Springpoint Spirit Award, are just two programs that recognize and celebrate team members who create exceptional experiences for residents, family members, and co-workers.
During a recent awards ceremony, Springpoint President & CEO Anthony Argondizza acknowledged members of the Crestwood Manor planning committee, including Executive Director Anne Hay, for their outstanding commitment and dedication to enriching the lives of residents and setting a high standard of excellence throughout the community. Three Springpoint communities – Monroe Village, Village Point Rehabilitation & Healthcare, and Winchester Gardens – received the Dream Team Award during its inaugural year in 2023.
Over the past year, Crestwood has created a multidisciplinary planning committee that develops diverse, innovative activities and programs to enhance the wellbeing of all residents. Members of the committee continuously offer their skills and expertise, with the goal of providing a holistic approach that nurtures residents’ minds, bodies, and spirits.
“The planning committee has a profound impact on the residents. Through their creativity and dedication, they bring innovative programs to life [that] foster a sense of community and wellbeing,” said Argondizza. “We can also see the committee’s impact in Crestwood’s vibrant and nurturing community culture. The planning committee embodies the Springpoint Experience. They offer exceptional experiences and positively impact the community and residents’ lives.”
