Winchester Gardens, Monroe Village, and Village Point Rehabilitation & Healthcare Receive the 2023 Dream Team Award

Winchester Gardens, Monroe Village, and Village Point Rehabilitation & Healthcare were awarded the 2023 Dream Team Trophy. Springpoint President & CEO Anthony Argondizza presented the Dream Team Award to team members in all three communities, with senior leadership and Employee Care and Recognition Work Group members in attendance.

The Dream Team Award is one of several Springpoint Employee Care & Recognition programs and initiatives developed in response to leadership and team member feedback during Springpoint Experience and Employee Care & Recognition workgroup sessions. The Springpoint Spirit Award, GEM Rewards, and Dream Team Award recognize and celebrate team members who create exceptional experiences for residents, family members, and co-workers. The Dream Team Award is presented twice a year to a nominated group of team members who demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional experiences and innovative programs to those we serve.
