This year’s conference focuses on the business of DEI, and how organizations can better position themselves to address real workplace concerns and drive greater belonging to create a more inclusive work environment.
The Springpoint Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative supports a culture where an individual’s unique qualities and life experiences are valued and celebrated. In a recent open letter and video message, Springpoint President and CEO Anthony Argondizza outlines new policies and initiatives that will ensure Springpoint continues to have a substantial impact in the DEI landscape.
Springpoint joins the NJ Conference on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to explore ideas and strategies which focus on creating sustainable and measurable changes in the workspace and our society. The conference will include several discussion panels, workshops, breakout groups, and networking opportunities for participants.
