Aetna’s scoring process combines an automated assessment (82%) with an expert review (18%) conducted by a panel of well-being professionals.
Wellness at Springpoint: Structured, Accessible, and Designed for Meaningful Impact
At Springpoint, wellness is more than a benefit—it is part of who we are. Our structured wellness program is easily accessible and thoughtfully designed to meet the real needs of our team members, helping them lead healthier, more balanced lives.
“This recognition reflects the heart of our culture,” said Anthony A. Argondizza, President & CEO of Springpoint. “We have dedicated ourselves to building a wellness program that is both comprehensive and genuinely valuable to our team members. It’s about making wellness accessible, rewarding, and an integral part of everyday life.”

What Helped Us Earn the Bronze Award
Our Bronze-level recognition was based on several standout features of our wellness program, including:
- Well-being Strategy & Design: Our wellness program is supported by clear, measurable goals and a dedicated budget, ensuring consistent investment in the health and well-being of our team members.
- Communications & Organizational Engagement: The importance of maintaining good well-being is integrated into our daily communications. Team members stay informed through various channels, including organizational announcements, flyers, engagement monitors, social media, and internal training. Information about wellness benefits and guidance on how to access them is also shared during onboarding and open enrollment, emphasizing their significance from day one.
- Programs & Policies: Our wellness programs promote physical, mental, social, and financial well-being. Offerings include health screenings, mental health seminars, team-building activities, and financial education sessions. Spouses are included in all communications and have access to events and incentives, extending the benefits of the program to the entire family.
- Incentives & Engagement: We provide biometric screenings, preventive care, wellness coaching, seminars, and group challenges to enhance overall well-being
- Program Evaluation: We achieved all our well-being goals in 2024. Our program undergoes an annual review, with data-driven adjustments made to continuously improve outcomes.

Continuing to Build a Culture of Well-Being
We are proud of this recognition, yet we know our journey is ongoing. We remain committed to building on this achievement and further strengthening our culture of well-being. We plan to do so by:
- Ensuring programs and benefits are easily accessible to team members.
- Providing regular manager training on topics such as burnout prevention, empathy, and mental health awareness.
- Increasing recognition for team members who actively engage in wellness initiatives.
- Continuously improve wellness offerings based on employee feedback and participation data.
Wellness is central to our broader commitment to supporting our team members. In addition to our wellness program, team members can also take advantage of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, English as a Second Language (ESL) support, the Springpoint Strong Fund, employee referral rewards, and so much more.
