Celebrating Excellence: Springpoint Recognizes 2025 Award Recipients

SPT Leadership Summit 2025

“Today marks an important opportunity to reflect on our progress and energize our commitment to the future,” said Anthony A. Argondizza, President & CEO of Springpoint, as he opened the organization’s 2025 Leadership Summit with a dynamic agenda focused on the organization’s long-term goals. “The ideas, strategies, and recognition shared throughout the day will strengthen our leadership and enhance the quality of care and service we provide.”

The ninth annual Leadership Summit brought together teams from across Springpoint’s communities and affiliates for a powerful day of collaboration and inspiration.

The program featured dynamic keynote speakers who delved into the evolving landscape of senior living and workplace culture. Emily M. Dickens, Chief of Staff, Head of Government Affairs and Corporate Secretary for SHRM (one of the world’s largest human resources trade associations), led an insightful presentation on “Leading with Civility: A Better Workplace for a Better World.” Jessica L. Israel, MD, Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of Complete Care Management, specializes in geriatrics and palliative care. She led an informative discussion on “The Top 10 Issues Facing Older Adults Across the Care Continuum Today: A Geriatrician’s Perspective.” Dr. Israel is also a Springpoint Board of Trustees member presiding over the Professional Services Committee.

During the event, Mr. Argondizza delivered opening remarks and an organizational update, highlighting key achievements from the previous year and outlining strategic priorities for 2025. He spoke highly about the organization’s culture of civility and compassion and touched upon the key indicators of organizational health that reflect Springpoint’s ability to thrive and adapt.

Throughout the day, members of Springpoint’s leadership team also shared key organizational updates, adding valuable insight to the overall experience. Summit attendees had the opportunity to engage in networking sessions designed to foster innovative approaches to enhancing service, engagement, and retention strategies.

The Summit concluded with an awards ceremony celebrating individual, programmatic, and community achievements for service excellence and exceptional engagement across two categories: The Springpoint Excellence Awards and the President’s Awards.

“This is an important moment to acknowledge and celebrate those team members who have gone above and beyond in their duties, having shown an impressive level of commitment, integrity, and dedication to their profession,” said Mr. Argondizza. “Each award recipient truly encompasses the Springpoint mission, vision, and values through their dedication and outstanding service.”
