Over 200 leaders from all 29 Springpoint communities and affiliates came together on Wednesday, March
27, for the annual Springpoint Leadership Summit at Eagle Oaks Country Club in Farmingdale, New
Jersey.
Springpoint President and Chief Executive Officer, Anthony A. Argondizza, presented an organizational
update highlighting last year’s achievements and outlined the strategic priorities for 2024. In his
presentation, Argondizza identified several key indicators of organizational health and discussed how
those indicators are demonstrated throughout Springpoint.
Guest speaker Scott E. Townsley, a seasoned expert with over thirty years of experience in the senior
living and care industry, delivered an insightful presentation on the crucial role of critical thinking in
today’s senior living industry. Participants engaged in group sessions, addressing questions to inspire
critical thinking and foster innovative approaches to enhancing service, engagement, and retention
strategies.
The Summit concluded with an awards ceremony that acknowledged Springpoint individual,
programmatic, and community achievements for service excellence and exceptional engagement across
two award categories: The Springpoint Excellence Awards and the President’s Awards. “Today was a
wonderful opportunity to honor several remarkable and skilled individuals and their significant
contributions to senior living and healthcare,” said Anthony A. Argondizza. “Each recipient exemplifies
Springpoint’s mission, vision, and values through their unwavering dedication and compassionate
approach to outstanding service.”
