Springpoint Leadership Summit

Over 200 leaders from all 27 Springpoint communities and affiliates came together on Wednesday, March 29, for the annual Springpoint Leadership Summit at Eagle Oaks Country Club in Farmingdale, New Jersey.

Springpoint President and Chief Executive Officer Anthony A. Argondizza presented an organizational update on this year’s achievements, organizational priorities, and insights into planned strategic initiatives for 2023. The program featured two dynamic keynote speakers who focused on the changing landscape of senior living and how employees can excel during times of challenge and change.

Robyn Benincasa, World Champion Adventure Racer, bestselling author, and 20-year San Diego Fire Department veteran, kicked off the event with her morning presentation, “Adapt, Overcome & Win as One: Leading Extraordinary Performance Through Challenge & Change.”

Robert Kramer, a 35-year veteran in the senior housing and care industry and aging services field, delivered an engaging afternoon presentation, “6 Key Drivers Shaping the Future of Senior Living.”

The Summit culminated with an awards ceremony recognizing Springpoint individual, programmatic and community achievement in service excellence and outstanding engagement in two award categories: The Springpoint Excellence Awards and the President’s Awards. “Today was a great opportunity to acknowledge several exceptional and talented individuals and their impact on senior living and healthcare,” said Anthony A. Argondizza. “Each award recipient encompasses the Springpoint mission, vision, and values through their dedication and exceptional service.”
