The Moorings at Lewes has been awarded Springpoint’s prestigious Dream Team Award for 2025, recognizing the community’s outstanding dedication, teamwork, and excellence in resident care. This year’s recognition highlights a remarkable achievement at The Moorings: two consecutive deficiency-free federal and state annual surveys in both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing during 2024—a rare distinction in healthcare.
This success reflects the team’s professionalism, engagement, and unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of residents and their families.
The Dream Team Award celebrates team members who create exceptional experiences for residents, families, and colleagues. Presented annually, this award honors departments across Springpoint communities that exemplify the organization’s mission and values. Last year, the Dream Team Award was presented to Crestwood Manor, a Springpoint Life Plan Community located in Whiting, NJ.
