Springpoint Names Michael Locurcio as Corporate Director of Project Planning and Facilities Management
Springpoint recently announced Michael Locurcio as the new Corporate Director of Project Planning and Facilities Management. Michael is responsible for the overall management of Springpoint facility construction/renovation activities, including design, development, budgeting, permitting approval, and collaboration with various consultants and contractors.
Michael has over 20 years of project planning/construction management and facilities management experience within several industries. Before joining Springpoint, Michael acted as Senior Vice President of Facilities and Operations at Cambridge Retirement Living, LLC. In that role, he led nine facility acquisitions and was responsible for overseeing all business units while prioritizing collaboration and compliance.
Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Business Administration at Saint Joseph’s University.
