Mark Olear Joins Springpoint Board of Trustees
Springpoint today announced that Mark Olear has been appointed to the Springpoint Board of Trustees. The Springpoint governance structure provides strategic direction to the organization and fiduciary oversight of the operations. Mr. Olear began serving his first four-year term on January 1, 2020.
Mr. Olear is an accomplished commercial real estate industry professional with over 30 years of experience acquiring, developing and optimizing quality commercial assets across the United States. He is currently the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Getty Realty Corp. (NYSE: GTY). He began his career supporting new retail store development leading to roles of increasing scope and responsibility within the real estate department of industry leading organizations including Home Depot, TD Bank and Toys “R” Us.
Mr. Olear currently resides in Manasquan, New Jersey, with his wife of 30 years.
