The Ceremony: Celebrating Connections & Culture
The graduation ceremony showcased the strong sense of community at Springpoint. Residents, team members, and senior leaders gathered to celebrate the graduates as they crossed the stage to receive their certificates. Mr. Gaylord French, a resident of the Meadow Lakes Life Plan Community, performed the traditional recessional song to honor and celebrate each graduate’s achievement.
Anthony A. Argondizza, Springpoint President and CEO, personally presented the certificates, highlighting the program’s cultural and strategic importance.
“At Springpoint, we believe our greatest investment is in our team members, as this is the most effective way to shape our future. Springpoint University is designed to help our team grow, lead, and thrive,” Mr. Argondizza stated. “By consistently investing in employee development, we ensure that every team member is well-equipped to uphold and elevate the high standard of service our residents expect.”
Springpoint Vice President of Human Resources, Sandi Ko, began the ceremony by acknowledging the team members—particularly the in-house faculty—who contributed to making this important initiative possible. James McCracken, President and CEO of Leading Age New Jersey & Delaware, was also in attendance.
Curriculum and Impact
The curriculum combines business management training with personalized coaching and specialized courses in healthcare and affordable housing. This comprehensive approach provides team members with valuable skills designed to benefit them throughout their careers. For 2025, course offerings included key industry topics such as Business Acumen and Finance, Human Resources, Stress Management in the Workplace, and Business Security.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Building on the success of the 2025 class, Springpoint University will expand its offerings in 2026 to include specialized nursing certifications, advanced operational leadership programs, and affordable housing management courses. The organization anticipates more than 100 team members to enroll in the coming year, demonstrating a strong, ongoing commitment to workforce development. Springpoint University utilizes a hybrid learning model, allowing team members at host communities to attend in person while others join virtually, ensuring equal access to these valuable professional development opportunities.
