Springpoint is pleased to announce the promotion of Odessa Sadsad to Vice President of Health Services. Ms. Sadsad began her career with Springpoint in 2009 at Springpoint’s Life Plan Community, Crestwood Manor as a Nursing Unit Manager and became the Director of Nursing in 2013. Odessa was promoted to Regional Nurse Consultant in 2017 and has been an invaluable resource organization-wide since then.

Ms. Sadsad received her RN, BSN from Western Mindanao State University in the Philippines. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and holds an Infection Preventionist Certification. She is currently in the process of obtaining a Master of Healthcare Administration from Walden University.
She is Chair of the Director of Nursing Roundtable of Leading Age NJ and Delaware, a member of the Philippine Nurses Association, a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and a Golden Key International Honor Society member.
