Eric Ghaul Joins Springpoint as Executive Director of Meadow Lakes

Springpoint recently announced Eric Ghaul, LNHA, as the new Executive Director of the Life Plan Community at Meadow Lakes. Eric will be responsible for the overall leadership and will direct the day-to-day operations at Meadow Lakes. He will continue the tradition of overseeing and providing exceptional care and service to all residents, family members, and staff.

Eric has over 30 years of management experience overseeing a variety of services within senior living communities. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in strategic planning, team building, employee/resident relations, and fiscal supervision.  He joins Springpoint after a multi-year career with The Pines at Whiting, a Life Plan community based in Whiting, NJ. His previous roles included President, CEO, and Director of Operations.

Founded in 1965, Meadow Lakes is a full-service Springpoint Life Plan Community with over 230 employees, 245 residents, and 257 independent living units. The community offers independent living, assisted living, home care, memory care, rehabilitation, respite care, and skilled nursing, with 104 beds for each healthcare unit. Considered the first Life Plan Community in New Jersey, Meadow Lakes is located on a 103-acre natural campus with an accredited, certified arboretum and offers exceptional services and outstanding amenities.

Eric, a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science Hospitality Management, completed his LNHA training in 2014. He also recently served on the Leading Age NJDE Board of Trustees.
