Crestwood Manor Receives 2024 “Best in Wellness” Beacon Award
Crestwood Manor, a Springpoint Life Plan Community, recently received the ICAA NuStep Beacon Award and is considered among the top 25 “Best in Wellness” senior living communities in North America for 2024. The official announcement of winners took place in November during the ICAA Conference and Expo in Raleigh, N.C.
Designed to showcase organizations that embrace wellness as a foundational way of life, the ICAA NuStep Beacon Award recognizes Crestwood Manor’s exceptional commitment to fostering a vibrant, inclusive wellness culture that enriches the lives of older adults. The award was first introduced in 2019 and honors the top 25 senior living communities pioneering the most effective strategies, staffing, environments, programs, and philosophies in nurturing a culture of wellness.

Several members of the Springpoint team also attended the conference, where Springpoint President & CEO Anthony Argondizza and Springpoint Community Wellness Program Director Stacey Judge led a keynote presentation focused on the development and implementation of wellness programming within senior living communities. Kristen Andree, the Fitness and Wellness Manager from Meadow Lakes (another Springpoint Life Plan Community), also took the stage alongside Judge to lead a seminar entitled “Exercise is V.I.T.A.L! Variable interval training for ageless longevity.”
These sessions were well attended by leaders throughout the industry and exemplify Springpoint’s commitment to offering exceptional services and innovative programs so that residents and team members can experience the best that life has to offer.
