Springpoint President and Chief Executive Officer Anthony A. Argondizza has been appointed to the Vision Centre Advisory Council. The council focuses on addressing future leadership needs in senior living by expanding educational opportunities and raising awareness of workforce development challenges in the aging services sector. As a Vision Centre Advisory Council member, Argondizza will leverage his extensive knowledge and experience to support and prepare future aging services professionals, positively impacting the senior living sector and the lives of those they serve. The council will work to facilitate strategic partnerships and connections with provider organizations, government entities, academic leaders, sponsors, consumer representatives, and emerging leaders to expand educational opportunities and raise awareness of the senior living sector’s workforce development challenges.

The Vision Centre is dedicated to strengthening the connection between universities and senior living providers and creating sustainable academic leadership programs that support the aging services field. It aims to establish 25 comprehensive university and college programs and offer 1,000 paid internships with senior housing, care providers, associations, and industry partners.
