Enriching lives through affordable housing support programs.

The Springpoint Foundation provides a unique philanthropic initiative to improve the quality of life for some of New Jersey’s most vulnerable residents: aging women and men with limited incomes. Through the financial support of compassionate donors, the initiative has evolved over the years into an array of innovative programs and services that include transportation services; health and wellness essentials consisting of Community Cares, Go Fresh! Get Healthy! and LivWell programming; an emergency food pantry; and an emergency preparedness program.

Kindness and Generosity

The Foundation’s Affordable Housing Support programs help enrich the lives of residents and demonstrate our values of respect, compassion, integrity, service, and excellence. The Foundation partners with Springpoint Life Plan Community residents, staff members, corporate sponsors, and individual donors to support the needs of affordable housing residents for personal health, well-being, and safety. The Foundation strategy behind the programming is to broaden the spectrum of services that encourage a culture of health, wellness, and safety for all community members in our 19 Affordable Housing communities.

The Springpoint Foundation conducted a cleaning supply drive at Wheaton Pointe located in East Windsor, NJ. Residents were able to receive general cleaning/laundry supplies and paper products. Volunteers from the Springpoint home office pitched in to assist residents with their donated items.
With support through the Springpoint Foundation, residents at Watchung Terrace recently enjoyed an onsite farmers market thanks to a generous grant from the DiLeo Family Foundation. This year-long grant will also allow the community to fill their emergency food pantry. DiLeo Family Foundation board members Lou Haszu and Jacqui DiLeo are pictured here alongside a grateful Watchung Terrace resident.

Local farmer Ernie Stillwell was recently recognized for his amazing service to the Springpoint Foundation. Since 2015, Ernie has provided fresh fruit and produce to several of Springpoint’s affordable housing communities, thanks to generous donations from The Spectrum Group, LLC. Springpoint CEO Anthony Argondizza presented Ernie with an award at The Crossroads at Howell.
