Across the state, from the Pinelands to North Jersey and to the shore, you’ll discover all the benefits of comfortable, affordable senior housing in desirable settings, close to shopping and public transportation. Through our Springpoint Foundation, we provide programs and services to enrich the lives of our affordable housing residents. Individuals must be 62 years or older and not exceed income limits. Our Heritage at Whiting community is open to individuals who are 55 years and older.
In addition, the following communities are open to adults 18 years or older who require a barrier-free residence due to mobility impairment: Allaire Crossing, Butler Senior Community, Friendship Gardens, Plainfield Tower West and The Woodlands at Ramsey.
Section 8 Vouchers are accepted in the following Low-Income Housing Tax Credit communities: Heritage at Whiting, Robert Noble Manor and Samuel Miller Senior Housing Community.
