The Springpoint mission is clear: To inspire our family—our residents, staff and leadership—with endless opportunities.

Each day at Springpoint, we live our core values, including respect and compassion, which demand that we recognize the importance and dignity of every person and seek to understand and empathize with others.

Even in the face of conflict, we do not waiver from that respect and compassion. Today and every day, we stand in solidarity with those who fight for justice and equality.

Springpoint remains steadfast in our commitment to diversity and inclusion to create a culture that encourages all residents and employees to be successful, tolerant of differences and care for one another.

The following message was shared with our Springpoint employees, residents and family members:

Dear Colleagues, Residents and Families

The turmoil surrounding us today caused me to pause and think about our Springpoint mission: To inspire our family with endless opportunities.

Family is such an important word. It was chosen very carefully and with intention. We call our residents, staff and leadership “our family” because we are more than co-workers or casual acquaintances. When one part of our family hurts, we all hurt.

We began the fight of our lives earlier this year as we took on a virus which was determined to spread through our communities. Now, a fight for justice and equality is echoing loudly in every state across the country. This is not easy. What we are all seeing and hearing each day takes a toll on us physically, emotionally and psychologically.

Springpoint remains steadfast and committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of community life at our CCRC campuses, Affordable Housing communities and in home and community based settings. The focus of diversity and inclusion is to create a culture that encourages all residents and employees to be successful, regardless of their differences.

I’m proud to lead an organization with a strong set of core values that we live every day, two of which stand out to me at this time:

  • Respect: We recognize the value and dignity of every person.
  • Compassion: We seek to understand and empathize with others.

Now, more than ever, we need to support each other. I encourage you to talk to your fellow Springpoint family members, ask how they are doing and listen to what is weighing heavily on them.

We are Springpoint family strong.

Sincerely,

Anthony A. Argondizza
