  3. Clear Your Clutter: While organizing and potentially utilizing offsite storage can take time and patience, it’s well worth your effort to clean up your space. A neat and tidy living space appeals to the greatest number of people.
  4. Depersonalize: When touring a potential home, buyers want to be able to imagine living there. By taking out pictures of family members or plaques highlighting your achievements on the wall, it will be easier for others to get a feel of what their new home would look like.
