About Michael Tuccillo

Michael comes into this leadership role with over 20 years of senior living, hospitality and healthcare management experience. His responsibilities and goals will include:

  • Driving increased customer satisfaction and staff engagement
  • Developing programs and training initiatives to inspire and engage team members throughout the organization
  • Increasing service delivery to residents and family members throughout all 27 communities and affiliate organizations
