At Springpoint we make a point of recognizing individuals and departments that achieve greatness in senior living and healthcare. In fact, we not only recognize them but we celebrate them too at our Leadership Summit!

Springpoint’s Leadership Summit is a fun event that brings together our entire management and leadership team to celebrate our success and inspire us to continue to strive for excellence. An important part of the Leadership Summit is the awards ceremony; we recognize and celebrate individuals and departments for leadership excellence and outstanding achievements in three award categories: CCRC Excellence Award, Gary T. Puma Affordable Housing Excellence Award and the President’s Award. The awards are dedicated to furthering excellence with the goal of recognizing Springpoint departments and individuals achieving greatness.

CCRC Excellence Awards
These awards recognize the Springpoint CCRC Communities that have had exemplary performance over the past year in the areas of Regulatory Compliance (CMS, CARF, etc.), Finance (budgeting, occupancy, operating margin) and Operations (resident and employee engagement, LivWell implementation and customer service).

Gary T. Puma Affordable Housing Excellence Award
This award is given to an individual, team or department in Affordable Housing that has consistently excelled in any/all of the following areas:

  • Leadership: recognition of individual or team that continues to demonstrate innovative business success, resident and employee engagement through leadership development
  • Process Development: recognition of new ideas and/or solutions to a system, process experience and/or overall performance
  • Community Engagement: recognition of new/innovative programs that engage and strengthen relationships with the local community
  • Making a Difference: recognition of individual or team that consistently fulfills the Springpoint mission of making a difference in the lives of the residents, families and communities we serve

President’s Award
This is an individual, team or department award for employees of all Springpoint communities, corporate office, Springpoint at Home or Foundation. All active employees are eligible for this award regardless of years of service, position or employment status. Individuals are nominated by the Executive Director of the community or senior management team member. Each community or affiliate is allowed a maximum of three nominations per year. The award is given to an individual, team or department that has consistently excelled in any/all of the following areas:

  • Leadership: recognition of individual or team that continues to demonstrate innovative business success, resident and employee engagement through leadership development
  • Process Development: recognition of new ideas and/or solutions to a system, process experience and/or overall performance
  • Community Engagement: recognition of new/innovative programs that engage and strengthen relationships with the local community
  • Making a Difference: recognition of individual or team that consistently fulfills the Springpoint mission of making a difference in the lives of the residents, families and communities we serve
